Soom Foods is known by consumers as a trusted brand for premium tahini paste. Having secured a Whole Foods Market launch date for their line of tahini-based Snack Bites, they needed a packaging refresh, and fast. They needed to ensure that their packaging was aligned with their existing, successful brand, yet adapted to ensure that their Snack Bites would stand out on a shelf filled with other snack foods and appeal to consumers in this new product category.
I was brought in to reimagine and refine their existing Snack Bites product line packaging, leveraging a SellCheck report that provided quantitative grading and actionable areas of improvement for their existing packaging. I began by providing four options for the Cherry Chocolate flavor.
Once a direction was selected, I refined the design and extended the same system across the other three flavors in the product line, selecting PMS swatches and preparing final, print-ready dielines.
